To me, love is a mystery.
Love is ever unfolding
Love is God, Spirit, the totality
Love is the very essence of who and what we are
Love is wholeness
Love is healing
Love is home
Love is an action
Love is a verb
Love is a way of being
Love is emptiness, when we’re most available to Spirit
Love is fullness, the richness and wonder of the Universe
Love is knowing we’re not alone
The love you long for is who you are
This isn’t only possible for you, it’s possible for all of us.
Love is a walk of life and the Love & Liberation Course for Women & Femmes of color created for us to journey together in a more powerful and easeful way.
What does liberation mean to you?
To me, liberation is answering the call of my wild spirit 🌕🐺 ✨
Liberation is living out loud
Liberation is celebration
Liberation is agency
Liberation is choice
Liberation is rest
Liberation is play
Liberation is giving myself full permission
Liberation is saying “hell yes” to radical joy
Liberation is seeing life as a living prayer
Liberation is being my ancestors wildest dreams
What is your relationship with spirituality?
✨ To me, spirituality means being deeply in touch with ourselves
✨It means being in touch with the part of us that is eternal
✨It means feeling connected to that soft sweet voice that calls us home
✨ Spirituality means being a part of something greater and seeing there’s MORE to life than we think there is
✨ Spirituality means being in love with the mystery
✨Spirituality is walking the path of bhakti, devotion
✨Spirituality is following the whispers of our soul into the unknown
Spirituality means different things to different people, spirituality can bring up trauma, wounding and dogma.
The spirit I speak of has no tradition, no condition, no specific form.
It is like water…water is life and we all need it to survive and thrive.
So whatever watering hole you’re at…Spirit is universal, daily sustenance and I don’t know bout ya’ll but I need a drink! 💧
Why Women & Femmes of Color? 🙌🏽🙌🏾🙌🏿WHY NOT?! While I’m here to work with a range of beings, I am most called to create spaces for us by us and that means prioritizing women & femmes of color first☝🏽
When we invest in our community, we have the opportunity to activate real change in the world because when a woman or femme expands her capacity to love and be loved, she becomes the teacher and example that ripples out to all of her relations.
When we create intentional spaces for women and femmes of color we are able to co-create safety, support, and an exponential opportunity for self and collective healing.
When we are in these spaces there is a recognition of yourself in someone else’s story. For me, this is my activism, building and cultivating meaningful relationships with people who are both different than you and who you relate to. When we form personal relationships across cultures, our sisterhood, siblinghood and solidarity is unstoppable!
And when we come together we can’t help but want to dance, move, shake, play, and access love, liberation, joy and freedom which are our birthright 💃🏻💃🏽💃🏿🧚🏾🧚🏼♂️🧞🧞♀️
